This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected through our website, online forms, waitlists, consultation reservation process, intake surveys, email signups, assessment and program processes, membership services, coaching services, communications, and related products and services.

  • Program and membership information, such as your program preferences, service eligibility information, consultation history, appointment details, coach or practitioner interactions, participation records, membership status, package selection, purchase history, deposits, cancellations, and related administrative information.
  • Payment and transaction information, such as billing details, purchase records, payment status, deposit information, refunds, and related transaction information. Payment card information may be processed by third-party payment processors, and Leela may not receive or store full payment card details.
  • Communications information, such as emails, text messages, direct messages, phone call details, support requests, feedback, survey responses, testimonials, reviews, and marketing communication preferences.
  • Website and technical information, such as IP address, device information, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, referring URLs, approximate location derived from technical data, cookie identifiers, analytics data, and information about how you interact with our website and digital services.
  • User submissions, such as feedback, suggestions, comments, testimonials, reviews, photos, or other materials you voluntarily provide to Leela.
